COOKEVILLE, TN: Mr. Ralph Eugene Barcus, 63, of Cookeville, Tennessee died Friday, December 4, 2009 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Barcus was born February 19, 1946 in Newark, OH to the late Clarence Ralph and Grace Eileen Wilson Barcus.

Mr. Barcus was a veteran having served in the United States Air Force for 11 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Linda Carson; brother, Richard Barcus; and infant sister who died at birth.

Survivors include two daughters, Jennifer (Steven) Randolph of Cookeville, Tennessee and Ashley Barcus of Baxter, Tennessee; grandchildren, Tyler and Matthew Randolph; brother, Don (Sharon) Barcus of Newark, OH; various nieces, nephews, and many close friends at the Avalon Apartments where he lived for several years before moving back to Tennessee to be close to his daughters and grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
