Sadly, on June 18, 2019, at the age of 72, we had to say goodbye to Cynthia A. Franklin (Hebron, Ohio), born in Newark, Ohio. Franklin or send a beautiful flower arrangement to the funeral service.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl S. Buchanan and Audrey D. Buchanan (Schnell); her husband James K. Franklin. She is survived by : her daughters, Tracy Wertz (Rob) of Altoona, Michelle McPeek of Newark and Dawn McPeek-Bowser (Rich) of Newark; her grandchildren, Kayla, Dylan, Logan, Aren, Audra, Lana, Chasidy, Sadee, Joshua and Tyler; her sister Carol Jackson of Gahanna. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in Cindy's name to the Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Drive SW, Heath, OH 43056. A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 25th 2019 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heath Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service (1249 Hebron Rd, Heath, OH). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 25th 2019 at the same location.

Hello to Cindy’s family,
I didn’t have any classes with Cindy, but we would pass in the hall, chat here and there. What I remember about Cindy is her smile AND her kindness. I am sure it has passed on through the next generationS! Cherish special memories.

I didn't know Cindy but I often saw her during changing of classes. She seemed like a lovely person and from what I have been reading, she truly was. She will be missed by many people. Blessings and condolences I send to the family.
