We're planning a weekend of fun with friends, so set aside the dates of
July 17th and 18th, 2009
to reconnect with old friends.

BUT WE DO NEED TO KNOW ASAP AND HAVE YOUR MONEY! ACT NOW TO HELP MAKE THE REUNION A ROARING SUCCESS!
Friday Night, July 17: An informal mixer will be held at the Arcade in downtown Newark from 7:00 p.m. until midnight. There'll be a cash bar and snacks, and we're inviting the classes of 1963 and 1965 to join us. Come for an hour or come for the evening...just be there! Unfortunately, as you well know, there's a cost for everything, even an evening with friends; so the cost is $10 per person to cover the space rental and food. You may send in with your registration or pay at the door.
Saturday, July 18: At the present time, plans are incomplete; we had hoped to play at Harbor Hills, but the date has been booked for an outing. We're working on it, and will let you know as soon as we have concrete information. Please contact either Petrea Coelho (344-5119 or ohiopete46@yahoo.com) or Fred Lentz (364-1711) for more information. They will be firming up the location and costs as we get nearer the date.
...or a tour of the Longaberger Factory (maybe make a basket) and shopping at the Homestead. If you're interested in this, please fill out the registration form below and send it in. The costs will vary, depending upon whether you eat lunch, make a basket or, naturally, go shopping. Costs will be on your own, but we'd like to have an idea of who would like to do this to arrange a class if necessary.
Saturday Evening, July 18: Our banquet will be held Saturday evening at the Blue Line Banquet Hall (FOP), 255 South 6th Street, Newark (see the map for location). Cocktails will be served (cash bar) at 6:00, with dinner at 7:30. A short program at 8:30 will be followed by music and dancing. Details will follow as they become available. Cost is $36/person.
We'd like your help in anticipating numbers for the events, so there is a Registration Form included at the bottom of this page. We aren't taking money online, so you'll still need to send in your check, but you will be able to register and give us your information online. Or, of course you can also send in the registration form you will be receiving in the next week or so. Again, DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT IS JUNE 15, 2009!
